WHY WE EXIST

Many communities across the world are entering a digital economy without the skills or opportunities needed to participate fully. AI is reshaping industries, workplaces, and career paths, yet the people who could benefit the most often have the least access to learning. Radiant Shift exists to close this gap by making digital and personal development accessible, practical, and empowering.

Eric S. Green is an international trainer, consultant, and speaker whose work spans Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Grounded in resilience, transformation, and cross-cultural teaching, he has built his career around empowering people through practical skills and structured growth.

Over the past two decades, Eric has trained more than 500 professionals in PRINCE2, ITIL4, Scrum, AI literacy, and the soft skills that make teams effective. His clients range from universities and government agencies to nonprofits and private-sector organizations, including Deloitte, Aldi, and Aurubis, alongside national institutions in Rwanda and Ghana. He has delivered programs in Germany, Rwanda, Ghana, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, and France.

Eric's perspective is shaped by a personal journey as demanding as any curriculum he teaches. He grew up in Philadelphia, served in the U.S. Army in the early 2000s, rebuilt his life after trauma, and reinvented himself as a global educator and transformation coach. That lived experience is the heart of Radiant Shift: the conviction that with opportunity, guidance, and structured learning, people can rewrite their futures.

Today he draws on that experience across cultures, disciplines, and learning environments to design programs that combine digital skills, AI literacy, and opportunity-focused personal development for underserved communities.
